Yesterday, I got the chance to witness something truly special-the celebration of Begum Akhtar’s 111th birth anniversary. The event was filled with soul, music, and memories, with a beautifully designed museum dedicated to her life and timeless work.
Walking through the museum, seeing her photos, hearing her voice, and learning about her journey gave me goosebumps. It reminded me how powerful it is to stay connected to our roots-to know the stories that shaped who we are as a culture and as a people.
