Multitasking: An Art I’ve Grown to Master

Yesterday looked like this for me: sitting in on a hospital talk, managing an online meeting, and still finding the space for conversations that mattered.

A few years back, that would have felt overwhelming. Today, it feels like flow. Over time, I’ve realized that multitasking isn’t about cramming everything in-it’s about aligning priorities with intention.

Here’s what it’s taught me:

Adaptability-Some days my schedule flips upside down without warning. Multitasking has taught me to switch gears quickly without losing focus.

Time Mastery-I used to feel like there was never enough time. Now, multitasking helps me squeeze the most out of each hour by knowing what really matters in the moment.

For me, multitasking has become less about chaos and more about choreography-each piece syncing into the larger rhythm of growth.

Growth isn’t doing less. Growth is learning to do more-purposefully, gracefully, and with impact.
